Hi fellow steemian, today I will be sharing on diets that promotes hair growth

Biotin
Biotin is an important nutrient that increases hair volume and it aid hair growth.
Food source includes: whole grains, liver, soya beans

Omega-3 fatty acids
It boosts hair and scalp hydration. Food source includes: nuts and seeds, oily fish, avocados

Protein
Protein is important for strong healthy hair. It's deficiency leads to hair loss, dry and brittle hair.
Food source includes: eggs, dairy products, fish

Iron
Iron is an important mineral for hair. It supplies the hair with oxygen to ensure the hair remains healthy.
Food source includes: spinach, apple, red meat

Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps to strengthen the capillaries that supply blood to the hair shaft. It also aids the absorption of iron.
Food source includes: oranges, sweet potatoes, berries

Vitamin E
It builds and repairs hair tissue and also protect hair from sun damage.
Avocados, nuts and seeds are the best source of vitamin E. It can also be gotten in form of oral capsules.

Vitamin A
Vitamin A is important for the production of sebum. Sebum is a vital substance that condition scalps naturally.
Carrot, dark green leafy vegetables, palm oil are rich in Vitamin A.

Very cool hair loss preventing nutritions post. There is various factors are in hair lossing.
Internal and external factors also consists in it. The climate of the countries, depression, insomnia, using of some cosmetic items may also causes of hair losing.
