Baked potatoes with vegetables recipe🍲🍲🍲

Today i decided to cook something on a quick hand so i chose baked potatoes. It's easy to do and very testy😋🤗.

All i needed:

• 2 big potatoes 🍪🍪

• 5 mushrooms 🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄

• Half of eggplant🍆

• 1 Clove of garlic

• 1 tomato 🍅

• 2 poons of tomato paste

• 50 gr of cheese🧀

I quickly put it in the baking pan, added tomato paste and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Voila!

So if you don't have a lot of time for cooking you can alway try something like that)
