VENEZUELAN PATACON.
The patacon is consumed a lot in almost all regions of Venezuela, each of them give it its special and characteristic touch that distinguish it from others. There are many who consume it alone, others add sauce, others use it as a substitute for pasta in the pastichos and there are others who make it sandwuich type to replace the bread .. The variety that you put, what you put its flavor follows being delicious ...
The patacones are easy to prepare, you only need:
2 green bananas
Salt
Frying oil
Tomato wheels
Onion wheels
Ham slices
slices of cheese
Lettuce leaves
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mustard.
HOW WE PREPARE:
We remove the shell from the plantains, we put them to parboiling, that they are not very soft, then we crush them each one separately, that they remain as disks. Heat oil and fry the banana discs on both sides a little. We take them out of the oil, sprinkle salt on both sides and reserve for a while waiting for them to cool a little.
When cooling, add sauces, ham, cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, let's add the sauces and cover with the other banana disc.

ver este tipo de post me motivan a emprender mi viaje, muy pronto saldré a recorrer nuestro país para dar a conocer tantos lugares que se que existen y otros que no y estoy seguro que tanto a mi como a quien vea mis publicaciones les van a sorprender y fascinar, intentare que muchos vean otra cara de Venezuela esa cara natural y vistosa de tantos lugares hermosos que nos regala nuestra tierra y que esta siendo opa-cada por la situación que vivimos. daré otro enfoque a venezuela se que con un dedo no se tapa el sol pero si se puede dar otro enfoque mental de lo que se esta perdiendo en este vasto proceso y que muchos de momento no toman en cuenta como son estos bellos lugares, paisajes naturales culturas que nos pueden ayudar espiritualmente, por esto y mas viajare estado por estado conociendo visitando y exponiéndolo por esta gran plataforma para que veamos otro angulo de nuestra hermosa Venezuela ya en mi perfil están publicado varios lugares que visitare y expondré si es de tu agrado pasas a ver un saludo y un abrazo virtual de mi parte
