Ukrainian pleasure or trouble?

I do not know if you know or not, but in a few days there will be another holiday of Ukrainian traditions, this is the second holiday dinner - Shchedry evening.

This is when people can go generously, cook the same dishes, just enjoy a nice evening. But there are some disadvantages. We are currently producing donuts, and two hours ago, cooked mini-rolls.

Sometimes you sit, think and you wonder why you do it? Well, why, but I do not know! All in all for a minute of pleasure or for in order to boast of the relatives, that we are the cool chefs.

Knowing that this is also not very useful, we will all long dry the dough, and later we will make the products. Why, because otherwise?

Everyone is doing it and we will. Or, as otherwise - these are the traditions of the Ukrainian people. And here's a surprise on the head. Donuts do not turn over and therefore they come out a bit uneven.
