Christmas donuts with rose jam (original recipe)

in #food8 years ago (edited)

Hi Dear friends Steemians!  On the eve of New Year, I decided to bake their Christmas donuts, which I do once a year!  I hope you will like it!

I used the following products:

1 kg flour

100 grams of yeast

0.5 liters of warm milk

100 grams of butter

2 eggs

5 egg yolks

150 grams of sugar

0.5 teaspoons of salt

300 grams of rose jam

500 ml of refined vegetable oil

Preparation of dough: mix the milk with yeast add 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour, leave leaven  for 2 hours to wander.

Then rub the egg yolks with the sugar, add eggs and salt, pour in yeast starter and carefully adding the flour, knead the dough.

We leave the dough in a warm place increased to 3 - 4 times.

You can see the dough is already ready to run:)

Now take half of the dough and make  round balls.

In the middle impose  rose jam and close.

Then do donuts with the next half of the dough.

Warm up in a frying pan vegetable oil. Fry donuts on both sides.

Christmas miracles occur! Pan of the dough through 7 hours turned in pan of the donuts!

Make icing sugar and sprinkle donuts.

Warning! Eat a few pieces a day.  Not to overeat :)

Bon Appetit!      Follow me  olga.maslievich     Thank you!
