Pumpkin with sauce

Today I want to show a recipe for cooking pumpkin with sauce.
Pumpkin is sweet.
But this is not a sweet dish.

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil - 80 ml

Pumpkin - 400 g

Garlic - 2 cloves

Salt - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Dill - to taste

Sour cream (20%) - 150 ml

Step by step:

1. I cleanse the pumpkin:
   
   

2. Cut the Pumpkin:
   
   

3. I fry the pumpkin:
   
   

4. Add 4 cloves of crushed garlic
   Sprinkle the dill and mix.
   We pour the sour cream.
   Close the lid for 5 minutes.
   
   

5. Pumpkin pieces should become soft, but keep the texture.
   Our pumpkin cooking is finished with sour-garlic sauce!
   
   
   This is very healthy food!
