🍽 [FOR GOURMETS #2] Pizza with salami and champignons
Today I want to show a recipe for cooking pizza with salami and champignons
Ingredients:
Yeast dough
Champignons - 3-4 pieces
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt - to taste
Sugar - to taste
Tomato paste - two teaspoons
Sausage - 100gr
Cheese hard - 100gr
Now step by step:
Roll out the dough.
Cooking stuffing:
Fry the mushrooms.
Add 3 crushed cloves of garlic.
The first layer is tomato sauce.
Second layer - mushrooms. The third layer is sausage.
The fourth layer is grated cheese.
We put in the oven for 15 minutes (temperature 200 degrees)
The pizza is ready!
