El gaucho is indeed one of my favorite restaurants in Bangkok. It is located on the side of TERMINAL21 and is very easy to find. The overall architectural style is like the hotel in the fifth season of the American horror story, retro and full of industrial elements. Perfect for a relaxing weekend at the weekend.
El gaucho确实是我在曼谷最喜欢的饭店之一了。它位于TERMINAL21的一侧,非常的好找。整体的建筑风格像是美国恐怖故事第五季里面的旅馆一样,复古而又充满了工业元素。非常适合周末悠闲地来到这里大快朵颐。

The finishing touch of the pre-meal bread is the roasted garlic. I didn't ask where the source of the garlic in their home was, but its smooth taste definitely brought the bread before the meal to your main course. Pair it with butter and olive oil garnish [it seems to be chilli and green vegetables], let your taste buds start looking forward to the main dish behind.
餐前面包的点睛之笔在于配的烤大蒜。我没有问他们家的大蒜来源是哪里,但是它顺滑的口感绝对能把餐前面包带给你主菜的享受。搭配上黄油和橄榄油配菜【好像是辣椒和青菜碎】,让你的味蕾开始期待后面的主菜。

Main course - roast lamb with yoghurt sauce and basmati rice. This time, I have a very serious explanation with the waiter, so I saw that the side of the cut is very fresh. The part that is close to the bones is slightly slightly roasted, with a little bit of coke. The lamb chops are made with different bones because they carry bones. Basmatimi has a loose taste and is mixed with sour cream and lamb savory to bring you to heaven [if you don't really like lamb, hope you don't try this dish].
主菜——烤羊肉配酸奶酱和巴斯马蒂米。这次我有非常认真的跟服务生说明要半熟,所以说看到切开的侧面是非常新鲜的。靠近骨头比较肥的部分烤的略微厉害,带有一点点的焦。羊排这种食材就是因为它带着骨头,所以给你不同的口感。巴斯马蒂米口感松散,与酸奶油汁和羊膻味混合在一起,把你带到天堂【如果你不是很喜欢羊肉希望你不要尝试这道菜】。

Super loved macaroni with cheese. The macaroni cooked with cream is served with two different cheese tops, and the happiness comes out of your heart when you stir. Of course, this cream is more than the sour cream of the lamb chops.
超级爱的特色通心粉配奶酪。用奶油烹制的通心粉配上两种不同芝士top,搅拌的时候幸福感就都快从心里流出来了。当然这个奶油跟羊排配的酸奶油比起来更还原了奶油的原味。

This mashed potato has a mix of chunks and fine mud, plus a little cheese roast. I personally prefer to add black pepper and salt to eat.
这款土豆泥中有大块和细细的泥混合,加上一点点芝士烘焙。我个人更喜欢加上黑胡椒和盐食用。
The cheese cake is sure to be ordered every time, but because I ate too fast, it is not taken. Next time I will unlock the new menu, I will give you a picture.
手工奶酪蛋糕是每次一定会点的,但是因为吃的太快所以没有拍,下次去解锁新菜单的时候再给大家上图吧嘻嘻。
