I cook tofu with fries that I have in the place refrigerator, you can see broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, and zucchini. Currently I use coconut oil to cook everything and try to maintain a healthy healthy lifestyle between the concept of clean eating with my passion for street food. Simply stir fry with lots of garlic, onion and a little ginger, sesame oil, pink himalayan salt, pepper and a little bit of cayenne too.
