Avocado and scrambled egg sandwich

Sometimes, the simple is better.


In this recipe you only need:


2 slices of lightly toasted whole grain bread.

½ avocado crushed.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Two eggs.

Spray oil for cooking.


Process

Cover one of the slices of bread with avocado, add a little salt and pepper to give more flavor.

In a skillet prepare the two scrambled eggs.

Place the eggs on the avocado and place the other slice of bread.

Hot cakes with blackberries


The ideal alternative for a Saturday morning in which you want to eat something nutritious, rich and not fattening. This recipe also contains oat flakes, which will give you that touch of fiber that a good breakfast requires. This recipe reaches for 12 hot cakes and you will need:


Ingredients

1 ¼ cups quick-cooking oat flakes.

½ cup whole wheat flour.

3 tablespoons brown sugar.

½ teaspoon baking powder.

¼ teaspoon of baking soda.

1 pinch of salt.

1 cup low-fat buttermilk.

1 egg.

1 egg white.

1 teaspoon unsalted butter.

1 teaspoon fresh peel lemon zest.

1 cup of blackberries or fresh blueberries.

½ cup of maple syrup.


Process

In a bowl combine the flakes of oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, egg white, butter and lemon zest. Pour the buttermilk mixture into the oats, stir until blended.

Beat the cranberries gently with a rubber spatula and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Preheat the oven to 200 ° and in a pan sprinkle cooking oil and separate the mixture into 12 equal portions and spread to create the hot cakes.

Place the baking dish in the oven and cook on one side for 3 minutes or until the first bubbles come out.

Turn the hot cakes to cook the other part.

When the hot cakes are ready, serve and pour a little maple syrup.

Banana Smoothie and Peanut Butter


Smoothies or smoothies are a perfect choice to take with us at any time of the day. Divide the beans into two servings and serve them over the eggs and cheese.

Roll up each tortilla and microwave for 30 minutes.
