The recipe for the preparation of raw mango veal
Materials:
- Talk yogurt (water shade) 50-60 grams
- salt slightly
- sugar 25 grams
- water 1/2 glass
- green mango syrup 1 tablespoon
- cream 2 tablespoons
- ice quantity
Method:
Combine two tablespoons of sugar and little salt to make cream for two tablespoons of curd. Let fridge 40 minutes to cool. Take a dip in a separate container and beat it well. Mix the remaining sugar, little salt, and green mango syrup together with yogurt. Better once more. Skin the amount of ice in the glass. Pour the mixture of syrup mixed yogurt into ice. Mix well enough water. Finally serve cold creams made from before.
