Fish steak

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Salt as needed
  • Egg 1
  • Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Toasted biscuit powder as needed
  • Oil (for frying) as needed
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Besan 1 teaspoon.

Method:

Clean the fish well and apply 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and a little salt and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Then wash again. After draining the water, add soy sauce and half of the pepper powder, salt and ginger batter to the fish and mash it well with a fork. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then rub it with egg, salt and remaining soy sauce, pepper powder, gram flour. Finally, the fillets should be rolled in toast powder and fried in deep oil in a frypan.
