Aromatic vinegar beef tenderloin.

It's a lot that i do not write a food post, i was too busy travelling during the summer time! Now is almost the end of august and i go back to work, i want to share with you a more autumnal recipe.  A Aromatic vinegar beef tenderloin

. You need : 

800 g of beef fillet

40 g of flour

6 cl of balsamic vinegar

3 cl of olive oil

1 dl of meat broth

How to do it : 

Cut the meat fillet into four slices, approximately 3 or 4 inches, depending . Flour the slices into the flour and shake them to remove excess, make them clean!


Place a frying pan on a medium-sized fire  flame with oil and salt , as soon as this is hot, put in the  salted and peppered fillets.


Cook from both sides to the desired cooking point, less or more bloody as you wish,then remove the excess fat and wet the fillet with balsamic vinegar when it evaporates, remove the fillets, keep warm and add the broth in the frying pan until you get a Rather dense sauce.  Serve it with some salad or vegetables.


Serve the fillets by spraying with the freshly prepared sauce.
