Grab some plain naan breads from the Indian section of the supermarket like so:
Now get creative:
Time to spread your tomato puree on the bread and maybe some mozzarella cheese.
Finish off with toppings of your choosing this could literally be anything you fancy.
A few personal favourites
Pepperoni
Parma ham
Goats cheese
Gorgonzola cheese
Tuna
Bake on 200c for 10-12min.
