Duck with Red Chili (Bebek dengan Cabe Merah)

[IND] Hallo sahabat stemians, hari ini saya membagikan resep membuat bebek cabe merah yang sederhana. Inilah resepnya :
*Ingredients (Bahan) :
- Duck
(Bebek) - Potato
(Kentang) - Coconut milk
(Santan) - Salt
(Garam) - Oil
(Minyak)
*Ground spices (Bumbu halus) :
- 6 pieces of red onion
(6 buah bawang merah) - 3 pieces of garlic
(3 buah bawang putih) - 7 red chili
(7 cabe merah) - Pepper
(Lada) - 1/2 tsp coriander
(1/2sdt ketumbar)
*How to make (Cara membuat) :
- Clean the ducks, set aside
(Bersihkan bebek, sisihkan) - Saute the finer spices then enter the duck. Give water, wait until the duck is tender
(Tumis bumbu halus lalu masukkan bebek. Beri air, tunggu sampai bebek empuk)
- Then enter the potatoes and coconut milk, give it salt. Correction of flavors
(Kemudian masukkan kentang dan santan, beri garam. Koreksi rasa) - Lift and serve
