10-Minute Dinner || Couscous with Tofu and Vegetables 🥗🥦🌶
## Ingredients:
- 80 g couscous
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/2 block tofu
- ketchup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
## Method:
- Cook couscous according to instructions on your packaging (can be also substituted for rice, pasta or any other grain.
- Caramelize onions in a pan with coconut oil, add tofu and bell pepper. Stir fry until the tofu is crispy.
- Steam or boil broccoli.
- Mix everything in a pan, serve and drown in ketchup (my fav thing to do hehe).
