Sandwich with Brisket and Red Wine Caramelized Onions

Yesterday was the last day of Paderborn’s Libori, which is one of the largest and oldest public fairs in Germany. This is why I decided to grab dinner at the fair and I ended up with the mentioned sandwich:

Afterwards, my girlfriend and me went to our local hookah bar and enjoyed a cocktail:
