Mushrooming - the wonderful summer hobby

As far as I know nywhere else peoplo go to the forest to collect mushrooms. The Czechs do a lot. And there is a lot of tasty meals you can make of mashrooms. Here is an English video about mushrooming:

It’s a simple, tasty recipe of mushrooms and eggs. We usually add garlic and bacon, plus sometimes curry seasonings. Here is a recipe for four:

1 lager bowl of freshly picked mushrooms
2 large onions, chopped
Cooking oil
10 eggs
garlic, chopped
bacon/ham,
curry spices.

Chop the mushrooms into really small pieces. Finely chop both onions and lightly fry in oil. Add the mushroom and mix on a high heat for 1-2 minutes. Beat eggs, add seasoning and pour mix into the pan. Stir vigorously, do never allowing anything to stick on the bottom of the pan, until egg is cooked. Serve with fresh bread. And the Czech beer :))
