Christmas cookies are my favorite part of the holiday season!

Every year my family dedicates an entire day to baking Christmas cookies! My cousins come over, and we bring out the old recipe book. My mother takes charge and we make hundreds of cookies in our little kitchen. Although we experiment with different cookies every year, there is always one constant. Every year we make spritz cookies! :) spritz cookies are almond flavored sugar cookies that are pressed into different shapes! This is a very fun process that allows for kids to decorate fun shaped cookies! :) this year we made christmas trees, wreaths, and snowmen! :) here is a picture of a tray of our fimal products!
