ONE OF MY PROUDEST MOMENTS AS A CHEF !!!

When you know you worked so hard at accomplishing your goals, and to see everything unfolding right before your eyes is such a amazing feelings. Being a chef, I always wanted to be the best I can be everyday, which means I will practice my craft each day. I would try to create new dishes, because I want to be different from the rest of the other chefs, and bring a different taste to the buds. All the years are paying off. I want to take this moment to just thank everyone who supported me on my journey, and not give up because they did not see instant result.
