The importance of nutrients

Every cell in our body is replaced every 5-7 years. Every time i look that fact up its less out of disbelief, and more out of awe, appreciation and imagination.
A fact like this is amazing , but how?
Foods contain all the essential building materials our bodies need. When foods are grown clean and respectfully they have naturally more micronutrients and phytochemicals. These nutrients combined through Balanced and varied intake create effects in the body through different processes. Fighting infection/inflamation, cleaning/empowering cells and promoting different activities
Our-bodies literally loooove food, it knows what to do with it, and when it doesnt particularly know how to use it like when we are allergic to it our body knows how to tell us

But not all foods are created equal and i want to cover that in my next post! Because foods created unequal confuses our body as to what to do, wether thats through effecting gut bacteria, knocking off chemical or electrical signalling and this brings us down overall.

Every nutrient has been proven in one way or another to benefit our wellbeing through awareness, cognitive functioning and even socially. More so we need to understand anything which effects our physical health as it has a knock on effect to mental health and vice versa.

Learning how to clean, blanch, ferment, prepare and store our foods are not just easy beneficial things to do, they are also powerful life tips to pass on to our children.

The importance of avoiding agriculture chemicals gets stronger today as we are over exposed. For too long the human race has been subjected to harmful sprays and noxious toxins. When we realise this has happened since mid 1700s we can understand why humanity now is so absent and uninterested in these conversations.

The radio and television tells people how to eat and they all follow. This evil occurence has resulted in people no longer listening to their bodies.
We pay the ultimate price for not listening to the bodies instructions. It heeds us by pains and aches. If we ignore it, these whisper turn to shouting In the form of disease.
All disease wether its mental or physical is a sign something is wrong. Internally and externally we are unbalanced and the result is illness.

If it takes 5 years for me to create and manifest fibromyalgia. Then tomorrow when i discover my ailment and seek help i cannot expect it to heal within the day. Or 5 days or 2 years.
With clean conscious eating you can begin to re-nourish your cells and give them the space and ingredients to do their job.

When we begin to eat consciously we become more aware of how things make us feel and wether we truly like it or not, we also become more aware of how it effects us in subtle ways.
