Stuffed eggs with caviar

Stuffed eggs are a snack for all time. Fast and economical dish. You
can decorate eggs not only with caviar, but also with chopped smoked
fish or a small piece of herring.

8 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon (not sharp) mustard
2 tablespoons red caviar
dill

Eggs cook until ready for 7-10 minutes, then pour cold water, let
stand for several minutes, clean.Each egg is cut in half along. Remove the yolks. Mash with a fork or
tolkushkoy, add mayonnaise and mustard and finely chopped dill, mix.

Fill the protein with a yolk mass and spoon a little over the top with
a teaspoon.
