Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup finely chopped unsweetened chocolate (2 oz/60 g)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup white chocolate chunks
3 candy canes, crushed
Instructions:
1.In a microwaveable bowl, consolidate margarine and unsweetened chocolate. Microwave on half power for 1 minute, blend, at that point microwave again in 30 second interims until the point that chocolate is for the most part liquefied. Mix to soften the rest of the lumps. Exchange to an extensive blending dish and mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla concentrate.
2.In a different bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, preparing powder and salt. Sprinkle flour blend over chocolate blend and mix until the point that all around consolidated. Mix in white chocolate pieces. Refrigerate no less than 2 hours, or overnight.
3.Preheat stove to 350 degrees. Line 2 substantial heating sheets with material paper. Drop mixture by stacking tablespoonfuls 2 to 3 inches separated. Heat 7 minutes, expel from stove and sprinkle with smashed confection sticks. Come back to stove 2-4 minutes longer, until the point that edges are crackled and focuses are simply set. Evacuate and cool 5 minutes on preparing sheet before exchanging to wire racks to cool totally.
