GINATAANG GULAY (COCONUT MILK MIX VEGETABLES)
It's Dinnner time. Now my Brother ask me to cook something Healthy and More affordable. My Older Brother wants to eat any Soup Food any Vegetable Soup food. So He ask me to cook GINATAANG GULAY (Coconut Milk Mix Vegetables). This food is very Healthy. Now I want to share you my Recipe. Any kind of Filipino dish that has gata (coconut milk) as a main ingredient is called “Ginataan”. In tropical Countries like my home town Philippines, coconuts are common and abundant so we don’t have a problem processing amazing and fresh coconut milk straight from our coconut trees.
INGREDIENTS
1.String Beans
2.Okra
3.Dried Fish
4.Egg Plant
5.Kalabasa (Pumpkin)
6.Coconut Milk
7.Tomato
8.Onion
9.Ginger
10.Magic Sarap (MSG)
11.Salt
##PROCEDURE
1.Clean all the Ingredients
2.Put a Coconut Milk in the Pot
3.Add the Tomato,Onions and Ginger.
4.Let the Coconut Milk Boild
5.Add the String beans cook it until 1-2 Minutes
6.Add the Pumpkin and Okra.
7.Add the Eggplant
8.Add the Dried fish and salt for the Taste
9.Add the Msg.
10.Then add the coconut cream and water, bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened and reduced.
