My Favorite Food Called Chinese Humba

Hello everyone now let's talk about my favorite food Chinese Humba. Did everyone taste this if yes please comment below. So chinese humba is not sound familiar to all Filipinos living in the Philippines I think only mixed blood Chinese Filipino citizen will know this kind of dish called Chinese Humba.

So why Chinese humba is my favorite pork food Idon't know why and I cannot explain why I love this dish so much it feels so good when you eat it this food Chinese Humba but if it is not cooked very well it means it will not taste so good.

I am just lucky enough to have a very kind mother who take care of us when we were children until we get old and until in the present day because my mother is know how to cook well in any kind of food that she knows especially the Chinese Humba.

Everyone will love this one like my classmate before in Don Bosco school my batch mate when they visit our home that month is an intramurals day and plan to visit our house but they are lucky enough that my mother cook that time for our lunch Chinese Humba and we eat together and they notice it is their first time to see a food like that called Chinese Humba.

Well they taste it for the very first time and what they say it wow they say all it taste so good it's their first time to taste a Chinese Humba that cook by my mother at home and they never taste it before because they only taste filipino style humba and not a Chinese style humba and now it is very a big difference in taste that they never taste before and they asked me that my mother is very nice to cook a food.

Now they asked me what is the ingredient in cooking this food and I say to them it is very simple and here are the ingredients.

*Pork
*chili
*garlic
*onion
*soysauce
*anahaw leaf
*black pepper
*salt
*chinese gaby

• bitzen
• lasty a secret recipe

So and I think that is the basic recipe of the chinese humba but you can add more if things taste so good in cooking chinese humba. Well that is my favorite food that I excite the most especially when Chinese Humba is the meal for today.
