ENSALADA DE COLORES

ENSALADA DE REPOLLO MORADO, REPOLLO BLANCO Y ZANOHORIA

INGREDIENTES:
1/2 repollo blanco
1/2 repollo morado
1 zanahoria grande
1 cucharilla de sal
3 cucharillas de azucar
2 cucharillas de mayonesa
1 cucharilla de mostaza(preferiblente que contenga miel).

PREPARACION:
Lavar bien los vegetales, picar finamente los repollos y colocarlos en un envase con agua, para posteriormente ubicarlos en una coladora y luego a la ensaladera, rallar la zanahoria por el lado más fino del rallo y agregarla a los repollos, para marinar dicha ensalada agregas: la sal, la azucar, la moyonesa y la mostaza; con una paleta de madera o cuchara grande mezclas todo hasta tener un arco iris de ensalada.

SALAD OF REPOLLO PURPLE, WHITE REPOLLO AND ZANOHORIA

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 white cabbage
1/2 purple cabbage
1 large carrot
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of mustard (preferably containing honey)

PREPARATION:
Wash the vegetables thoroughly, finely chop the cabbages and place them in a container with water, to later place them in a coladora and then to the salad bowl, grate the carrot on the finest side of the rallo and add it to the cabbages, to marinate said salad add : the salt, the sugar, the moyonesa and the mustard; with a wooden palette or large spoon mix everything up to have a rainbow of salad.
