Middle Eastern Delight.
From the day I was born I remember hating tomatoes, dunno what's the reason, dunno why but I just do.
It's a weird hatred, I love ketchup, I love spicy salsa but I just hate raw tomatoes.
There was always a dish I was intrigued about because it seem delicious, the smell was great but I was always afraid because it was like 70% tomatoes.
The dish is obviously "Shakshouka".
>Shakshouka means "a mixture" in Egyptian Arabic, Tunisian Arabic and Libyan Arabic.
First time I got the courage to try it was about 2-3 years ago, that was kind of a game changer for me, since that day I started try more and more dishes that includes tomatoes, I hate some and I like some, but my favorite is definitely Shakshouka.

If you ever get a chance to eat in a Middle Eastern restauran, that's the dish you take.
Have you guys ever tried Shakshouka?
