Ingredients
Potatoes (5-6 medium potatoes. The amount depends on the size of the pot).
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
2-3 large steaks sea fish
300 grams of frozen shrimp (their number, in principle, depends on the extent of your love for them)
Spices, salt, Bay leaf, pepper

Step 1. Because the fish and shrimp we took just before departure on the nature, we first had to light a fire, put the cauldron on the fire, pre-pouring a little bit of water. When the water is well heated, we put frozen trout steaks. Then shrimp. As soon as they melted is pulled out, washed and purified from the skins and briefly set aside.
Further, rinsing the pot, put it with water on the fire again. But keep in mind one fact: in full, to the brim fill the pot with water is unnecessary, as the water will boil and erupt, and, consequently, a lot delicious can go into the fire.
Step 2. Other products preparation: peel potatoes, onions, carrots
Step 3. While our water is boiling, quickly prepare everything else: peel and cut potatoes, carrots and onion.
Also finely chop the greens.
Step 4. As soon as the water began to boil, throw into it the chopped potatoes. Need to cut as for soup, larger is not necessary.
After five minutes you can throw the onions and carrots. We always throw together, as are cooked they are about the same.
Then 10 minutes later sent in a pot and the fish. Pre-cutting unnecessary, she will disintegrate into small pieces during cooking.
Step 5. About fish I would like to talk. As we are preparing this soup is not the first time and experimenting all the time, then you can safely say that in our opinion, the soup with red fish it's more nourishing and delicious. But the color and taste, as they say...
Another 5 minutes later you can put the shrimp. They are, in our firm belief, attach the ear of the delicate, exquisite taste. If you find shrimp with caviar – it's all great!
Step 6. Now our ear can salt and season with spices, toss a few leaves Lavrushka. Here, of course, everyone is focused on himself and your taste.
At the last turn throw the greens.
Voila, our soup of the ear is ready!
Step 7. It is a pity that this divine fragrance is not transmitted through a camera lens... mmm... You should have seen the delight with which our children are eating the ear! Special joy brings them catching their plate of shrimp and their eggs. They even arrange competitions, who will catch more!
