The traditional cuisine of Venezuela is recreated and enriched with the inventiveness of millions of housewives who must prepare their family's food every day. The desserts are part of them, this is how I present to this steemit community the recipes of auyama, banana and coffee flan, in a very simple way.


Auyama Flan without eggs and without oven:

Ingredients:
1 cinnamon stick
1 green lemon peel
2 cucaradas of butter.
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 Kg of sugar
1 liter of milk
1 Kg of auyama.

Preparation:

Cut the auyama into pieces and cook with a pinch of salt. Apart milk boil with sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon.

Drain the pump and prepare a puree, incorporating the milk. Add the cornstarch dissolved in cold milk and simmer until it forms a very thick cream, stirring constantly with a wooden palette. Remove from the heat and add the two tablespoons of vanilla and two tablespoons of butter. Pour in caramelized mold and place in a refrigerator for 6 hours or until it is cool. Unmold and serve to enjoy it.


Plantain Flange:

Ingredients:
6 bananas
6 eggs
4 milk rates.
1 1/2 cups of sugar

Preparation:
Peel the bananas and mash them. Mix the eggs, milk and 1 cup of sugar. Add the bananas and beat well. Finally add the rest of the sugar.

Pour into a previously caramelized mold and bake at 325 ° F in Maria's Bath for 1 hour. Once cold, unmold and refrigerate, and then serve to enjoy it.


Coffee Flange:

Ingredients:
3 eggs.
1/2 cup of sugar.
2 1/2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of coffee
1/4 tablespoons of salt.

Preparation:
Beat eggs lightly, add sugar and salt. Apart warm the milk with the coffee strain and add to the previous preparation. Place in the flan in a tin-coated or caramelized pan and bake in Maria's Bath at 350 ° F until the knife blade comes out clean (approximately 35 minutes).

Then let it rest, remove it from the mold and refrigerate before serving.
