food diversity in morocco

Moroccan cuisine is considered one of the most important cuisines in the world. for so many reasons, One of this reasons  is its remarkable diversity of influences. morocco is one of the countries that known by food diversity, food can be differ from a region to another or even from an area to another, the difference could be on the way of making food or by the ingredients used to prepare food.

in the photos below i show you some of the most known, delecious plates in our country.

-the first one in the photos below called in out country "bastila" i don't know really if it has an english name but it know in morocco by this name; and you can make it either by fish or by chicken, it's up to you.

-the second one is nearly the most famous one in the county we call it "tajin" the ingredients of this plat is differ from ne to another there some who prefer to make it xith fish and there are others who prefer chicken, exactly like the photos below;
