Hi besties , my name is Naomi and I will be starting a series on here titled #whatieatinadaytomaintainmybodyweight #WIEIADTMMBW 🤍. I really hope you guys enjoy this series and also get inspired to stay healthy and be healthy.

BREAKFAST

So, I usually don’t eat breakfast I start eating my meals from 1pm till 6pm and I close my tummy for that day but today I had breakfast because I was going out and I needed enough strength. So, for breakfast I had wheat bread with eggs, some apples and water of course very necessary. It was quite filling so I couldn’t finished it all.

So for lunch I had some salad and boiled eggs and sprinkled some suya pepper on the eggs and the tasted tooo good 😌.

I didn’t have anything else for today for some reason I wasn’t so hungry but I had cocoa powder drink tonight. I forgot to take a picture but will do that next time definitely.
