Garlic is one of the most delicious and versatile condiments in the kitchen. At home we usually fill a jar of oil with crushed garlic and in the butter we use to spread, we use garlic with parsley! It is super delicious and aromatic. My nephews and nieces love it when I make them toasted bread with garlic or when I make salads with mustard and honey. I have taught them how to eat a clove of garlic a day since they are little. They do it without any problem. Too bad that in our society we have vampire complexes and serious problems with smells!
