How To Make A Fragile Chocolate Cake

 cup of water
2 - a glass of oil
3 cups sugar
4 - cup flour
4-5 tablespoons raw cocoa
6- 4 tablespoons milk powder
7 - 2 eggs
8-bag poking powder
9 - 2 vanilla bag 

 How to prepare :
