KUAH PLIEK ACEH

Pliek curry is one of the most famous dishes in Aceh. The aroma and taste is very intriguing to everyone who tasted it. The basic ingredients used to make these Plik U curry are from Coconut that has been decomposed and then dried until browned.

In addition, there are still many spices and vegetables that are complementary Pliek curry. Pliek can be found all over Aceh. Each region in Aceh has a different way of cooking Pliek curry, as well as the type of vegetables used. However, most Acehnese choose leaf Melinjo, young Melinjo fruit, young jackfruit, young papaya, Pakis leaves, Peanuts, Banana Heart and Orange leaves.

In addition, various kinds of spice pelezat also used, such as: cayenne, garlic, onion, ginger, cilantro, etc. Then, the spices are finely ground and put into a skillet. - Salt to taste

MATERIALS RUBBER MILLION RECIPES FROM PLIEK

  • 5 red chili
  • Coriander grind 2 tbsp
  • 2½ tbsp gongseng coconut
  • Red onion 5 cloves
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Ginger 1 cm
  • Chili cayenne 20 fruit
  • Turmeric that has been smoothed 1 tsp
  • Coriander cook 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper ½ tbsp
    -Sunti Sunti 4 pieces

MATERIALS OF PLUMBLES OF RUBBER PLA
- 9 pieces of green chilli
- Onion 3 cloves
- Sere 2 rods
- 10 pieces of orange leaves (on kruet)

HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPES OF THE QUAH PLIEK ACEH

  1. Gongseng pliek with low heat until the smell of fragrant.
  2. Add 1 cup water after boiling filtered (dispose of water).
  3. Blender pliek that has been digongseng and boiled until smooth.
  4. Boil melinjo fruit and young jackfruit that has been cut into small until tender then lifted then dispose of boiled water
  5. Boil gravel until tender then lifted then dispose of boiled water
  6. Milled spices until smooth and chopped spice seasoning
  7. Squeeze the coconut shavings until it becomes thin coconut milk
  8. Cut the soft-boiled vegetables and add the vegetables, seasoning, chopped flavor, shrimp, salt, pliek u into the pan and stir until blended. Enter the water a little and then boil.
  9. After smoky enter the thin coconut milk and stir slowly.
