Mousse cake
Hello everyone! Do you know, what's going on in my city last day? You will never guess - it's snowing!!! In Yekaterinburg fell to 13 cm of snow. And on the calendar 24 April. In the hallway in a row are winter boots, rubber boots, sneakers and ballet flats. Because the weather is very unpredictable, I have to be ready for anything)
Less than in 2 weeks will come may, and on the street snow... In such weather hunting is to sit at home, drink hot tea with cake. Tea there is, and here is the problem with a pie. So I decided to fix this misunderstanding and bake a mousse cake.
Actually, it's a usual cake. But unlike a traditional cake from is not only the biscuit, but more of mousse layer and toppings. For the cake I baked 1 biscuit, put it in the form. Then made the filling from the strawberry and gelatin, froze it and put it on the biscuit. Then I made mousse and poured my cake. Then I sent him to cool off in the fridge. When the cake is frozen - I covered it with icing and decorated! Hope you enjoyed it!

Your baking skills are amazing. And I especially love the shining glaze on top of it. And the weather .... I don't know what to say; it is totally addled. But our weather too. One day 30° degree and the next 13° (today), completly crazy.
