Lowcarb chocolate mousse

A delicious dessert for the real chocolate lover is this low-carbohydrate chocolate mousse. My guilty pleasure!

Ingrediënts:

125 ml of whipped cream
3 tablespoons of mascarpone
A large tablespoon of cocoa powder
A few drops of sweetener

And then what?

Mix the whip cream and sweetener.
Mix the cocoa with the mascarpone,
Add the mascarpone to the whipped cream slowly and mix thoroughly.
Divide into 2 nice cups and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Variations

  • Add a little almond or grated coconut
  • Grate a piece of dark chocolate over it
