FISH FINGERS that will send you to the moon

Where are the fish lovers? I love fish...hm hm hmmmm.....and two of the reasons why i love fish is:

  1. U spend very little time cooking fish.
  2. It is very very healthy
    Now, let's begin:

Ingredients:
• Fish fillet cut into thin strips
• Fresh homemade bread crumbs
• Paprika Chopped
• dhania or cumin seeds
• Plain flour
• Eggs beaten (add a table spoon of water to the eggs and beat together )
• Oil for shallow frying
• Salt and black pepper to taste

METHOD :

  1. In a bowl or plate mix the bread crumbs, dhania(cumin seeds) , paprika, salt and pepper ... mix thoroughly.
  2. Place flour in another plate
  3. Then beaten eggs in another plate ... you now have 3 dredging (coating) stations ...
  4. Dust the fish in the flour then dip in the eggs then the flavored breadcrumbs and coat evenly . Place them on a plate till when ready to fry..
  5. In a frying pan add your oil and let it heat.
    The oil must be hot enough that when you add your fish, it will sizzle.
  6. Fry the fish for one minute each side or until crisp and golden on each side, then drain on kitchen paper...
  7. Serve garnished with a dip of your choice with lemon or lime wedges.
