Who doesnt't like tequila?
Któż z nas nie lubi tequili? No cóż tak właściwie to ja :) ale jedynie tego co dzieję się z moją głową gdy wieczorem za bardzo mi posmakuje. W drugiej części tej serii kolejny drink z zakresu takich, które robią się praktycznie same. Na początek wytłumaczmy sobie o co chodzi z tą nazwą. Otóż Tequila Sunrise nawiązuje wyglądem do widoku wschodzącego letniego słońca nad morzem. I tak jak preferowanym miejscem do raczenia się nim jest plaża, tak nie umniejsza mu w smaku absolutnie kosztowanie go w domu czy podczas imprezy.
Who doesn't like tequila? Well actually me :) but only thing I dislike in this awesome drink is a headache next day if I had too much. This is the next episode of the series and once again a tasty cocktail that everyone can prepare. At the beginnig I'd like to talk about the name of this drink. Tequila Sunrsie got it's name from it's appearance that reminds of sunrise on the beach during summertime. Altough prefered place to sip this cocktail is beach on Florida it tastes absolutely the same or even better during any party with friends or family meetings.
Tequila Sunrise to dosyć słodki i ładnie prezentujący się koktajl w związku z tym często zwraca uwagę kobiet, stanowiąc idealny dodatek do powolnego sączenia w trakcie przyjęć.
Składniki, których będziemy potrzebować to:
- 50 ml Tequili
- 150 ml soku pomarańczowego
- 25 ml grenadyny
- Lód
Jak przygotować? Jak mówiłem koktajl przygotowuję się sam :) Wystarczy wziąć wysoką szklankę wsypać do środka kostki lodu mniej więcej do połowy szklanki, a następnie dolewamy kolejno tequile i sok pomarańczowy. Później tylko delikatnie mieszamy i powoli wlewamy grenadynę, która opada na dół szklanki tworząc piękny dwuwarstwowy koktajl. Tequile Sunrise podajemy z długą słomką oraz półplasterkiem pomarańczy.
Tequila sunrise is a sweet coctail with very good appearance so it's mostly prefered by woman. It's a perfect companion for a banquet to sip it for a whole night and enjoy it a lot.
Here are ingredients which we are going to use:
- 50ml of Tequila
- 150 ml of orange juice
- 25 ml of grenadine
- Ice cubes
How to prepare it? Well as I said it's very easy to make :) Just pick a long glass put there ice cubes to fill it in half then pour Tequila and orange juice. Give it a firm stir and slowly pour grenadine on top. Grenadine should fall down to the bottom of our glass and make beautiful layers of our cocktail. Tequila Sunrise is often prepared with long straw and a piece of orange for decoration.

@mydrall nie każdy ma przecież w barku tequile! Racja:) jeżeli ten problem dotyczy również was istnieję odmiana koktajlu zwana Vodka Sunrise, a wódki w polskim domu to już nie może zabraknąć. Ta wersja jak się domyślacie jest identyczna z poprzednią jedyna zmiana to zamiast Tequili dolewamy taka samą ilość wódki i gotowe!

@mydrall what if i don't have tequila in my house is it a problem? Well it's not :) There is a variation of this drink called Vodka Sunrise so if u don't have tequila simply pour the same amount of vodka and enjoy your drink!

Tequila jest świetna na imprezy :) tylko strasznie suszy po tej soli na drugi dzień. Po soli ! bo na pewno nie od nadmiaru alkoholu :p
