Ingredients

- HOW TO MANUFACTURE
- Vegetables that have been washed boiled.

- Lombok, onion, garlic and kencur fried in coconut oil.
- Roasted ground beans.
- To serve it, the spices are already finely cooked water.
- Then this sauce sprinkled on vegetables that have been prepared on a flat plate.
Information :
- For pecel spices can be purchased ready made (supermarket / traditional market).
- To obtain a good combination, selected vegetables are dark green. cassava leaves, genjer, long bean leaves, green mustard greens, leaves of melinjo, etc.
- The light green: Long beans, green beans, green cabbage.
- The white ones: sprouts, squash, turi, white cabbage, chicory.
