KOLAK DURIAN UBI MERAH:
🍠 Bahan-bahan:
5 buah ubi merah
6 biji durian
3 bh gula merah
200 ml santan kental
600 ml air putih
1 ruas kayu manis
2 sdm gula pasir
Garam secukupnya
Daun pandan disimpul.

Cara membuat:
🍠 Potong kecil ubi merah sesuai selera.cuci bersih dan rebus.beri pula gula merah,kayu manis dan daun pandan.masak sampai mendidih sisihkan.
🍠 Lumatkan buah durian dgn sedikit air agar daging buahnya terpisah dari bijinya.
🍠 Masukkan daging durian td beserta santan kedalam rebusan ubi.beri gula dan garam.jgn lupa koreksi rasa.bila sdh mendidih dan ubi matang matikan api dan kolak durian ubi merah siap untuk disajikan. Semoga bermanfaat😉.
