Homemade canned salmon cutlets
This juicy dish with aromatic herbs and crispy toasted crust will be ready in just 20 minutes. Ideal for a quick lunch.
Cooking time 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- Green onions 2 pieces
- Dill 1-2 branches
- Egg 1 piece
- Canned salmon 450 g
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Panko rusks 45 g
- Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Preparation
one. Finely chop the green onion and dill. Beat the egg with a fork. Drain the liquid from the salmon, mash the fish with a fork.
2 ․ Mix fish with herbs, egg, lemon juice, breadcrumbs and mustard, add salt and pepper to taste.
3 ․ Form 5 patties from the fish mass. Fry them in hot olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
