Aloo parantha is the favourite breakfast of every Indian. Everyone wants to eat aloo parantha's in the morning. The dish belongs to Punjabi culture. The dish is very tasty and easy to cook. It needs aloo(potato) and flour(atta) two basic things. The various ingredients for the recipe that enhances the taste are-

  1. Potato (especially Pahari aloo are the best for cooking)
  2. Wheat flour (atta) according to the no. of persons
  3. Ajwain (ammi)
  4. Onion
  5. Green chilli
  6. Dalda or Ghee
  7. Salt and other spices according to taste.
    First to boil the potato. Peel the cover of potato. Chop the onion in small pieces. Mix them add spices and salt.
    Prepare the flour. Take a piece of the dough roll it in hand then put the mix in between it and close all the ends. Roll using a bellan and then cook the parantha on roti maker. Apply ghee or dalda on parantha. Cook it gently till a brownish tinch appear on it. After cooking enjoy eating a tasty breakfast with your family. Aloo_Paratha1.jpg
