My wife makes bread regularly using spelt flour, supposed to be better for you than wheat. Plus it makes fantastic toast.

This is Polish bread Adam that I learned to make on a recent 3 week holiday to Krakow. For me, Poland has some of the best breads in all of Europe! Yum yum!
