Banana Bread TUTORIAL

 230 gr flour versatile / medium protein
100 gr sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large size eggs, shake off
113 gr cooking oil
450 gr bananas ambon ripe, yesterday banana uli with the same weight, crushed dg fork
1 small bks of vanilla powder
Garnish (optional):
Banana slices 

  •  Preheat oven 180'C. Prepare a loaf pan (I use size 22x10x6 cm), basting the base and sides with butter, sprinkle with a little flour 
  •  In a bowl / basin rather large, stir and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Enter the mixed flat sugar. 
  •  In another bowl, mix bananas, eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir well. Enter into a flour mixture and stir gently with a rubber spatula. Stir quite simply until mixed alone, do not have to soft or smooth 
  •  Pour  into a baking sheet, banana slices on top, bake in the oven for 60  minutes or until cooked brown (adjust dg dg oven respectively "yes here  sy use panserba, so mistaken" hot and duration) test stab
