Yellow rice
Yellow rice is one of the most popular Indonesian cuisine. This dish is made from rice cooked together with turmeric and a little coconut milk and spices of choice.
With the addition of selected herbs and coconut milk, yellow rice contains a more savory taste than plain white rice. Yellow rice is one of the variations of white rice and is usually served with a variety of typical Indonesian dishes like chicken eggs and fried chicken chili.
