FOOD RECIPIES #1 HOW TO MAKE VANILLA CAKES

Simple vanilla cupcakes

you will need
12 hole muffin tin
12 muffin liners

INGREDIENTS
6 oz butter
6 oz castor sugar
3 eggs
6 oz self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
(NOTE- all ingredients must be room temperature)

METHOD

1. Beat butter sugar until well combined and creamy
2. next add eggs one at a time mixing well before adding the next egg
3. mix in the vanilla
4. sieve the flour and baking powder and add to the butter egg mixture
5. fold in the milk
6. evenly distribute amounts the 12 muffin liners.
   Bake in oven 180 / fan 160c /
   gas 4
   Let cool in tin for 5 mins remove in to wire rack and cool completely
   Enjoy!
