Food Diaries #2: Turmeric + Ginger Tea

        Many people are suffering from the disease that they acquire genetically or through environment. The pay for medication wherein they have to pay for it at higher cost. Because of that, some people suggest to use herbal as a substitute of medicines that are prescribed by doctor. In my Food Diaries #2, let me guide you on how to make a turmeric plus ginger tea. 


Ingredients:

  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Water

Direction:

  • Pepare the ingredients needed especially the turmeric and ginger.
  • Slice the turmeric and the ginger into small pieces.


  • Prepare the blender and placed the sliced ginger and turmeric inside it.


  • Add small amount water so that the blender will easily breakdown the nutrients to the ingredients.


  • Turn on the blender and blend it alternately for 5 minutes. When the ingredients finally disintegrate, place it in a container.
  • Prepare a cup of hot water then take 1 tablespoon of blended turmeric and ginger. Put it to your hot water.
  • Stir well and enjoy your tea.

wow really nice recipe, unfortunately i cant use it for the contest because u havent used the tag healingfoodscontest. if u use natural sugar it is better because white sugar is not good for diabetes
