Empanada (The taste of Filipino)
It is made up of:
ground pork, small carrot, green peas, baking potato, yellow onion, raisins, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Empanada Dough, all-purpose flour, salt, unsalted butter, egg, fresh milk
Eggwash, Egg (egg white only), fresh milk
I ask my tita to cook empanada for our afternoon snack. It's not easy but she made it just for me. A Filipino taste of empanada.
