Hi Friends !

I am going to share a new yummy recipe.... How to Make "Quick & Easy Hedgehog Slice" hope you like and enjoy !

Ingredients

2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup glace cherries, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups crushed plain sweet biscuits

Directions

Grease the lamington pan.
Then blend in cocoa in melted butter and sugar together.
Then take away from heat and blend in vanilla. Then blend in coconut.
Then add in egg. Then add in walnuts then add in cherries.
Blend in biscuit crumbs and after this, press into pan and keep in refrigerator till become firm.
