Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

250 g dark chocolate
100 g unsalted butter
100 g caster sugar
100 g almond meal
5 eggs, separated

Directions

First of all, line and butter round shape tin.
Use the little bit of almond meat for brushing.
After this, melt the butter, and chocolate in double boiler.
Then take out and let cool.
Then blend in egg yolks.
After this, add in almond meal.
Then after this, whip the egg whites till stiff peaks are formed.
After this, fold into mixture.
After this, pour into tin.
Then bake at ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (18o) degrees Celsius for approximately ¾ hour.
